Gabay Custom Builders specializes in the creation of jaw-dropping custom homes throughout Texas. So, when the team decided to tackle the construction of the Petty & Cohn Town Homes project, everyone knew it would be a special endeavor.
"We enjoy the challenge of building town homes that enhance the local community on city infill properties," says Michelle Gabay-Moore with Gabay Custom Builders. "For this three-unit Houston project we are using a wide variety of Simonton ProFinish Builder series tan windows in styles that include Picture, Single Hung mulled, Geometric-topped Single Hung, Eyebrow and Sliders.
"The design success of these town homes relies on lots of natural sunlight coming into the home. To make sure energy bills remain low and the home stays comfortable, we've requested the Simonton vinyl new construction windows include ProSolar Shade Low E glass that is double glazed with an Argon fill. This glass package qualifies for ENERGY STAR designation in our area. And, the vinyl home windows also satisfy the city energy conservation requirements."
Located just minutes from downtown Houston, the three-story town homes feature an open floor plan with amenities such as gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances and energy saving features. Priced from the $400,000's, the town homes are expected to be completed by October of 2014.
Gabay Custom Builders purchased their Simonton products for this project through Norandex in Houston, Texas.
