2011 HOMEARAMA

When we decided to enter the 2011 HOMEARAMA® in our Ohio community, we knew the home design would have to be special to compete with other builders in our market. That’s why we decided to create a 5,493-square foot show home inspired by the home styles in New Brunswick, Canada.

Walls of energy-efficient Simonton ProFinish® Brickmould 600 windows set this home apart. The five-bedroom house (which features a game room, luxurious owner’s retreat and media viewing lounge) was constructed in Foxborough, a community of Cobblestone Development and The Drees Company, in West Chester Township in Ohio. Zaring Premier Homes, builders of The New Brunswick show home, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Drees Company.

We've used Simonton windows since 1996 in all our Drees Homes in the greater Cincinnati and northern Kentucky areas and in many areas across the nation. Relying on the Simonton ProFinish Brickmould 600 windows in our 2011 HOMEARAMA project was a natural extension of our confidence in Simonton Windows® and its extensive product line.

This three-level home flows with unique design elements and a flexible floor plan. We really focused on using easy-care products, like the Simonton windows, so that the homeowners will be able to spend more time enjoying their living space than maintaining it.

We like to showcase products that are extremely sensible choices for homeowners. Year-after-year Simonton has proven itself to be a dependable, energy-efficient and low-maintenance window for us to install in a wide variety of our homes. The Brickmould 600 products, with their attractive multi-tiered profile, truly meet our architectural specifications and add beauty to the design of The New Brunswick project home.
